  4. We meet again to discuss strategy and to develop a plan that includes contract opportunities and target markets as well as options for DOD grants to pursue to fund your technology.

Phase Two: DOD Contract Support and Consulting

  1. When contracts are awarded, we walk you through contract terms and help you manage negotiations.
  2. We assist with the post-award administration by assisting with invoices and deliverables.
