Randy’s Story
Randy Mulin
Founder and CEO
One of three kids, Randy grew up in an entrepreneurial family–his grandpa, uncles and mom have their own businesses. From childhood, Randy always knew he wanted to own his own business.
Early in his career, he spent twelve years of active duty in the Air Force working in acquisitions.
After retirement from the Air Force, Randy felt called to start his own company, fulfilling his lifelong dream. He decided to focus on values and on helping tech companies grow by connecting them to the Department of Defense. In 2021, he launched Sightline Ventures.
Randy and his wife Patty live in Lebanon where they homeschool their three children.
What We Support
Compassion International
Global poverty is one of the most pressing problems that the world faces today. We support Compassion International in their mission to break the generational legacy of poverty. Compassion takes a long-term approach to child development by investing in the life of each child. Through their holistic child development model, they blend physical, social, economic, and spiritual care together to help children in poverty fully mature in every facet of life.
Bridges of Hope
We support Bridges of Hope, a local community-centered homeless shelter. Bridges of Hope assists adults by empowering them to heal body, mind, and spirit in a safe and supportive environment. They are a full-time shelter for those without homes. They also provide other social and physical services throughout the building including job training, housing services, recovery ministry, and other life classes. The goal is for each guest to leave with a sustainable and secure future.
Chess Christian School Scholarships
Randy and his wife Patty are advocates of private Christian schooling and help support the financial aid program at Chess Christian School. Chess helps students discover who God created them to be by strategically matching students’ God-given gifts with creative education opportunities.
